Delete your Versea account and data

Fastest method: in the app

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Open Me/Account → Account Management → Delete Account.
3. Review the consequences, verify your identity and confirm.

This is the fastest and most secure route because you are already authenticated.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the Versea app, email the Versea operator, Shenzhen UBen Tiancheng Technology Co., Ltd., from the address registered to the account:

Include the app name, selected account region, and registered email address or a masked phone number. Never send a password, one-time code, full payment number, or unrequested identity document. We may send an account verification step to prevent fraudulent deletion.

What is deleted

After verification and any clearly displayed cooling-off period, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the account profile, account/device associations, cloud recordings and snapshots controlled by the account, push tokens, preferences and other personal data that is not legally required to be retained. Shared devices or content may stop being accessible to other users.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained for legally required tax/accounting periods, transaction disputes, security and fraud prevention, enforcing legal rights, or backup rotation. Retained data is isolated from ordinary product use and deleted when the applicable requirement ends. App-store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple or Google account settings.

Timing and support

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days, or the shorter/longer period required by applicable law. We will explain a lawful extension or denial and available appeal options.

Versea 是由深圳优本天成科技有限公司开发和运营的智能硬件配套 App。最快方式是在 Versea 内进入“我的/账号 → 账号管理 → 注销账号”，完成身份核验并确认。无法登录时，请使用注册邮箱向运营方邮箱 service@youbentc.cn 发送申请，注明应用名称、账号地区、注册邮箱或脱敏手机号。请勿发送密码、验证码、完整支付信息或未经要求的身份证件。

核验完成并经过页面明确展示的冷静期后，我们将删除或不可逆匿名化账号资料、账号与设备关系、账号控制的云录像/截图、推送令牌、偏好及无须依法保留的其他个人信息。依法为财税、交易争议、安全反欺诈、权利主张或备份轮换保留的数据，将与日常产品使用隔离并在期限届满后删除。Apple/Google 订阅需要在相应商店账号中另行取消。
